No bank transfer are accepted for deliveries to the Netherlands.

After you have ordered and selected the bank transfer as payment method, Cartier will wait to receive payment before processing your order. If funds are not credited to our bank account within seven (7) working days of placing your order, the order will be canceled.

MISS GOLD NUGGETS will not charge any commission on a payment by bank transfer. However, please ensure that we receive the full amount indicated in the acknowledgment of receipt of order so that we can process your order. Delivery charges and estimated delivery times will be mentioned on the Website or through the Customer Relations before you place your order and will be summarized in the Order Acknowledgement of Receipt.

When estimating the delivery of a package, please take account of the credit approval period, the address verification and order processing, as well as the time required for receipt of your payment in case of bank transfer. We will do our best to meet the estimated delivery times from the your Order Confirmation date.

12. BILLS

When ordering products on the Website or through the Customer Relations, you, as a customer, will have the opportunity to elect to receive an invoice to your billing address. Consequently, if the product is damaged or destroyed, MISS GOLD NUGGETS deduct the cost of repair or replacement of the refund amount.

14. BACK PERIOD FOR GIFTS TO

To ensure your complete satisfaction, MISS GOLD NUGGETS also offers Gifts Recipients same return period, provided they strictly comply with these Terms and Conditions.

If the product returned by a gift recipient does not meet our quality control standards or if the gift recipient is otherwise in violation of these Terms and Conditions, MISS GOLD NUGGETS refuse return and return product to the Recipient of gift.

Then:

Provide the necessary information, with Back Number (NR) where applicable, on the return form provided for this purpose in the box or on the original packaging, and sign it,

ii)
Enclose the completed return form with the product, all accessories, as appropriate, and all other documents in the box and original packaging of the product,

iii)
Seal packaging and label the prepaid return label,

iv)
Recall the Customer Relations Department to schedule an appointment for removal by our partners,

v)
The parcel will be removed and returned to our warehouse.

You can also call the Customer Relations Department to perform these procedures. Then:

i)
The Customer Relations fill the online application form back to your account

ii)
The Customer Relations will send you immediately by e-mail the completed return form,

iii)
You must print the return form and give it during removal. If you do not have a printer, the logistics center will print the return form and will give you the time of removal,

iv)
You include the completed return form with the product, all accessories, if any, and all other documents in the package and the original box of the product,

v)
Miss Serae package delivered to our warehouse.

Customer or Gift Recipient, as applicable, must keep proof of return shipping and MISS GOLD NUGGETS disclaims all liability in case you would not be able to provide proof. Only goods received by the MISS GOLD NUGGETS e-shop will be eligible for a refund or exchange, as applicable.

Upon receipt of returned merchandise, MISS GOLD NUGGETS verify that the returned product is in compliance with these Terms and Conditions.

15.2. Conditions for return of a product

The MISS GOLD NUGGETS Products must be returned new and unused.

Please return the box and original packaging MISS GOLD NUGGETS, with all its accessories, if any, with all the protective materials and labels in place, as well as labels and stickers attached to products. Failure to do this will give MISS GOLD NUGGETS be entitled to retain the corresponding value of repayments made to the Customer or to reject the product returned by the Gift Recipient.
